The Role:
Working closely with a senior partner and experienced property lawyers, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a range of NSW conveyancing matters with a primary focus on residential off-the-plan transactions.
• Preparing and lodging legal documentation via PEXA and NSW Land Registry Services (transfers, mortgages, leases, caveats, etc.)
• Coordinating settlements and liaising with banks, real estate agents, and legal counterparts
• Delivering technically accurate and timely advice to clients in a professional manner
• This is a well-supported position with plenty of opportunity to add value and build relationships across the firm

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A current NSW Conveyancing Licence
• At least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end property matters
• Proficiency with PEXA and sound understanding of NSW conveyancing procedures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders confidently
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
