Are you a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for luxury branding, digital engagement, and high-end content creation? The Australian Academy of Beauty Dermal and Laser (AABT), Sydney’s premier beauty education provider, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing presence across all channels.

About the Role:

Based at our Bella Vista head office, this full-time role will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, design, and execution across email, digital, and social platforms. You’ll work closely with students, staff, and alumni to bring our brand to life — showcasing the world-class training, career pathways, and stunning clinic environments that make AABT the leading name in beauty education.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaigns: Design and execute marketing emails via platforms such as Canva and Mailchimp

Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Content Creation: Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos across our 4 campuses for use in advertising, social media, and web

Storytelling & Interviews: Interview current and past students to create authentic brand content

Campaign Development: Create and implement digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads etc.)

Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive, high-end visual identity aligned with luxury standards

Event Promotion: Assist with the marketing of open days, information nights, and promotional events

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for beauty, fashion, or luxury branding

Strong content creation skills – photography, video, editing (Reels, TikTok, Canva etc.)

Excellent written communication for campaign messaging and captions

Portfolio demonstrating previous brand or campaign work – please attach with your application

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments

Experience using email marketing platforms, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools

Bonus: Background in marketing for a luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand
