• Located at Sydney's iconic Taronga Zoo, Cammeraigal Country
• Full time, ongoing position - due to begin early July 2025
• TCSA Salaried Employees Award, Clerk Grade 1/2, annual package starting from $82,963 (includes base salary starting from $73,522 + 12% superannuation)

About the Role…

This role provides effective operational delivery support to Taronga's People Experience and Capability function. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional people experience through the administration and delivery of learning, recognition and culture activities.

Key Accountabilities…

• Support the delivery and administration of Taronga's learning program
• Work with the People Experience and Capability team to deliver a range of people experience and learning events
• Support the delivery of Taronga's new starter induction program
• Deliver high quality, timely finance and administration activities within the People Experience and Capability team
• Provide high levels of customer service to Taronga's people leaders and employees

About You…

We are looking for candidates that have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Experience in administering a Learning Management or HR Information System is desirable
• Experience in events operations is desirable
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams applications
• Obtain and maintain a current NSW Working with Children Check at own expense
