This is a unique and career oriented role combining Support Coordination and Local Area Coordination with marketing responsibilities. You will work closely with NDIS participants to coordinate their supports while also helping promote our services and strengthen community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist NDIS participants in understanding their plans and accessing appropriate services.

Coordinate support services and liaise with service providers, health professionals, and other stakeholders.

Help participants build their capacity to manage their own supports.

Act as a Local Area Coordinator to connect participants with mainstream and community services.

Develop and implement basic marketing strategies to increase visibility and reach of Grace Community Care.

Attend community events and represent the organization in promotional activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation for social media and local outreach campaigns.

Develop and support local marketing strategies to promote Grace Community Care.

Create and distribute content across social media, email newsletters, and flyers.

Represent the organization at expos, forums, and networking events.

Build referral networks with local organizations, professionals, and community groups.

Contribute to the growth of our online presence and community awareness.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience in NDIS Support Coordination with marketing skills

Local Area Coordination, (will be preferred)

Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and person-centered approach.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Must have strong skills to operate NDIS Proda and Pace system

Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Marketing or community engagement experience highly regarded.

Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Disability Support, Social Work, or Marketing.

Current driver’s license and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Must have 3 year experience in listed role
