We’re seeking compassionate, reliable, and values-driven Support Workers to join our team and provide recovery-oriented supports to participants living with various disabilities including psychosocial disability (Mental Health) and physical disabilities. You will assist participants in building life skills, improving daily functioning, and increasing community engagement, all while fostering a sense of autonomy and self-worth.

In this varied role, you’ll deliver both in-home and community-based supports, guided by person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches.
