We specialise in Day Service program supports, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access supports, offering a tailored approach to each person’s unique needs and goals.

About the role
Our disability support workers are responsible for providing a high quality service and implementing a range of program plans which are in line with both individual participant and group goals. They will demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional active support to the participants. Our support workers will develop and maintain relationships with families, carers and other relevant organisations. They will also be able to accurately record daily and weekly records of individual goal development in a timely manner. As we pride ourselves in our values and vision and we are looking for someone who will uphold the same standard.
Current Shifts Available:
Casual positions with view to Permanent
Current days: Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm
Flexible with days to suit the right candidate, regular availability is a must.
Key Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated capacity to provide high quality care and service
Experience working with participants who have behaviours of concern (required)
Experience in the use of Manual Handling Aids and Equipment and principles of No Lift Techniques (required)
Strong written and verbal communication; experienced in stakeholder liaison and record keeping
Proven accountability and sensitivity in client-related matters
Excellent time management and task coordination
Effective problem-solving with scheduling and timetables
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet (or willing to learn)
Level 2 First Aid (or willing to obtain)
Current driver’s license / heavy vehicle license (or willing to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
