The Role

• You'll step into a role managing a portfolio of sophisticated clients, including successful private businesses and high-net-worth individuals. This is a hands-on position where your insights will shape client strategies and drive real impact.
• Leading client relationships and delivering proactive, strategic advice
• Preparing financial statements for a variety of entities within your diverse client portfolio.
• Preparing and analysing management accounting reports
• Conducting tax compliance reviews of tax returns and FBT returns.
• Working closely with senior leadership on complex client and corporate matters
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
• Identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationships
• Playing a key role in the firm's continued growth and reputation in the market

About You

• You're someone who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys solving complex problems. You bring a mix of technical expertise and commercial acumen, and you're confident managing relationships.
• CA or CPA qualified will be desirable.
• Between 2-4 years experience in a similar role within business services or similar environment.
• A strong background in tax and advisory for private clients and businesses
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in mentoring others
