About the Role
As a Portfolio Analyst, you will work within a functional stream of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team and report to a Director. Your role will involve partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver customer focused services across three critical areas:
- Portfolio Prioritisation and Planning
- Portfolio Performance
- Portfolio Systems and Capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- Solutions focused candidates, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in conducting assurance activities, such as project health checks and gate reviews
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Office 365 tools
- Familiar with portfolio planning and prioritisation practices
- Knowledgeable in project management methodologies
- Must be an Australian Citizen
Desirable Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in project or portfolio management
- Certification in MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or other relevant frameworks
