Financial Analyst (Contract) – 3 to 6 Months | Immediate Start | Budgeting & Power BI Focus

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their team on a contract basis for 3 - 6 months, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This is a great opportunity for a qualified finance professional who can deliver immediate impact through strong budgeting expertise and advanced Power BI capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyse and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial reports

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate and timely financial data

Support continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting systems

About You:

Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification (completed or near completion)

Proven experience in a financial analyst or similar role

Strong budgeting and forecasting skills

Advanced Power BI skills – capable of developing dashboards and visual reports

Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and communication skills

Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
