As the Senior Data Analyst, you will coordinate the provision of accurate and timely information to key stakeholders, including dashboards, reports and visualisations.

What you'll do

• Undertake the development of data extract and transformation procedures based on procurement related requirements, leveraging enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, DSS and Celonis.
• Partner with other data teams, to obtain data and develop insights to ensure integrated evidence-based decisions.
• Undertake advanced analysis of data utilising various applications and methods to enable integrated data reporting.
• Support the reporting deliverables which includes extracting data from multiple sources, importing and merging data into databases, creating dashboards and report templates, producing reports, analysing performance results, developing, and delivering key findings.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the development, implementation, and review of performance reporting, and define regular and ad-hoc information reporting requirements and ensure provision within agreed timeframes.
• Implement data management systems and processes to ensure data quality and integrity with a focus on ensuring analyses can be repeated based on the data.

About you

We are searching for someone with:

• Demonstrated expertise in using business intelligence software, information reporting systems, and enterprise resource planning tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) to extract, manipulate, and present data from complex systems.
• Proficiency in modern analytical and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and Python, with strong skills in working with both structured and unstructured data. Familiarity with Celonis and DSS is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to address specific business questions and identify improvement opportunities specifically in procurement.
• High-level written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage, consult, and present analysed data to a broad range of stakeholders in a complex environment.
