About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our team at Minetrans Pty Ltd in Perth, Western Australia. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounts support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our finance function.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner

Reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable

Maintaining detailed and accurate financial records and reports

Providing customer service support to respond to inquiries and resolve issues

Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting tasks

Collaborating with the finance team to support the overall financial management of the organisation

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar finance/accounting role

Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
