Job Description/Role:
This is a varied, hands-on role working in a dynamic industry.
You will be supporting our management and operational team.
We are looking for someone who can confidently handle all queries and solve any issues as they arise. In return we will support you by providing a flexible and supportive working environment.
The Office Administrator is responsible for handling employee inquiries, maintaining databases, coordinating training and development, assisting with financial data entry, assisting in onboarding and offboarding of employees, and assisting in HR processes.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and be able to hit the ground running.
The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This position involves a broad range of administrative duties, including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, supporting the operations department, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Basic accounts and data entry (using Xero or similar)
