We’re a small, dynamic Australian wholesale and manufacturing business, based in Mundaring in the Perth Hills. We pride ourselves on our close-knit team and are looking for someone to join us and contribute to our success.

What We’re Looking For:

We need a reliable and efficient Accounts Person/Bookkeeper to manage our finances and ensure our business runs smoothly. This is a flexible part-time to full-time role, with the potential for growth as we expand.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Managing accounts payable and receivable

Preparing and processing invoices

Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card accounts

Maintaining accurate financial records

Assisting with BAS and payroll

General administrative tasks as required

Ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws

Skills & Experience We’re After:

Proven experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role (2+ years preferred)

Strong knowledge of MYOB Accumatica or similar accounting software

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with Australian tax regulations and BAS
