Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and advice to an existing portfolio of clients.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.

Identify and manage new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance broking, including portfolio management with experience in Marine, Commercial, and SME lines.

Tier 1 & 2 qualifications required; a diploma or degree is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including relationship management.

Commitment to exceptional client service, compliance, and quality advice.

High degree of autonomy, attention to detail, discipline, and professionalism.

Friendly disposition and a commitment to being part of a small team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and insurer quoting systems.
