With offices on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane CBD, the team focuses on high-touch, relationship-driven service. Clients include businesses in mining, aged care, tech, and professional services – many with unique or hard-to-place risk profiles.

About the role

Due to ongoing growth and inbound demand, the team is expanding. This Account Executive role will see you managing your own portfolio of SME to mid-market clients, with Account Manager support available on larger accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients end-to-end
• Provide tailored risk solutions across various industries
• Onboard and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver exceptional service
• Contribute to business growth through high-quality client outcomes

About you

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented broker who thrives in a client-facing environment.

To be successful, you will have:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance broking
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational habits
• Commercial acumen – you understand margin, revenue, and client value
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think beyond templates and systems
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to team success

Location flexibility:

• Ideally based on the Sunshine Coast
• Brisbane-based candidates must be available to attend the Coast office 1–2 days per month
• Hybrid/WFH arrangements available
• Open to candidates in the Mackay region with relevant experience who can work remotely
