Key Responsibilities
Contract & Disclosure Preparation
Insert buyer-specific information into contract templates and disclosure documents.
Double-check all schedules, incentives, special conditions and settlement details before release.
CRM & Backend Updates
Record every milestone (reservation, deposit, finance approval, unconditional, settlement).
Upload executed documents and keep developer, agent, and finance dashboards current.
Weekly sales updates for specific projects to update developer on progression.
Quality Control & Issue Resolution
Catch inconsistencies, missing signatures, or compliance gaps and chase quick fixes.
Maintain an error-free record across all platforms and files.
Reporting & Communication
Generate weekly status reports for internal leaders and developer partners.
Liaise with external solicitors, agents, and buyers to resolve contract queries.
Process Improvement (Growth Path)
Suggest template tweaks, automation ideas, and workflow enhancements.
Step into broader deal coordination or project marketing tasks as skills develop.
