Key Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our clinic, your primary duties will include:

Welcoming and assisting patients

Coordinating appointment schedules

Managing client flow in and out of treatment rooms

Handling telephone inquiries and emails

Conducting data entry and invoicing tasks

Managing client and third-party accounts

Communication with third parties (insurers, corporate clients, medical practices)

Assisting allied health staff with various tasks

Maintaining clinic cleanliness and hygiene

Providing emotional support to clients in need

Roster Details:

Full Time

Monday to Friday; no Weekend work
