About the Company
TwoScots are thrilled to partner with a leading global FMCG organisation known for their dynamic culture and people-first values. Due to internal changes, they are seeking a proactive and personable HSE Administrator to support their Safety team on a part-time contract basis for 3 months.
Benefits
$33p.h. - $35p.h. + Super
3-month contract, 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)

Key Responsibilities
Support the OHS Officer with day-to-day safety admin tasks
Manage and maintain PPE registers and coordinate ordering
Assist with HSE training records, skills matrix updates, and attendance registers
Prepare documents for return-to-work plans and WorkCover filing
Attend and contribute to 9am Operations Meetings
Help coordinate risk assessments and early intervention documentation
Manage safety-related invoices and general admin tasks including minute taking and incident register updates
Capture and organise safety-related photos for internal reporting
Looking For
Strong administration background, ideally within a safety or operational environment
Great attention to detail, highly organised, and a proactive self-starter
Strong computer skills and ability to pick up systems quickly
Personable and collaborative - someone who thrives in a team setting
Curious, confident asking questions, and eager to lend a hand wherever needed
Safety experience is a bonus, but not essential
