Join a global FMCG brand as an Human Resources Coordinator and have the opportunity to not only work on operational HR work, but also exciting projects.

This is a newly created, 6-month fixed-term role with the potential to be made permanent. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, with 2 days working on site.

The Role:

Working closely with a collaborative team of three, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth HR operations, with a particular focus on systems, documentation, and maintaining accurate data.

• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes in the HR system;
• Preparing contracts and processing variations;
• Assisting with projects and process improvement initiatives;
• Managing first-level employee queries;
• Documenting and refining standard operating procedures;
• Managing the full purchase order (PO) lifecycle and liaising with procurement; and
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant policies.

To Be Successful:

• You’ll bring prior experience in HR coordination or administration;
• You have a strong interest in HR systems, data accuracy, and process improvement;
• You're confident working across multiple platforms, ideally with exposure to SuccessFactors or similar systems; and
• You hold full working rights in Australia (please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship).
