The Role:
As the busy season is about to kick off we are seeking a versatile part time Bartenders or Front of House all rounders to join our vibrant team. If you’re confident waiting tables and comfortable stepping behind the bar when needed, we’d love to hear from you. Your ability to adapt and deliver exceptional customer service across bar and floor will be key to your success in this role.

Ability to pour beer

Basic cocktail knowledge required.

Basic Wine knowledge helpful

Have a great, can-do attitude and high standard work ethic.

RSA Essential.

Responsibilities:

Provide consistent service level standards in a busy pub enviroment.

Be able to help out on the floor when required to deliver outstanding table service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience.

Ability to confidently make drinks, pour a crisp beer and have base wine knowledge all while engaging with customers.

Help maintain a clean and inviting dining and bar area.

Offer knowledgeable recommendations on our menu and beverage list, enhancing the guest experience.

Work seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

RSA certification and a three-plate carry are essential for this role.

Employment Conditions: This position will require, late nights and availability on the weekend. This is a part-time position that falls under the Publican.Co Enterprise Agreement 2023/2024.
