The Role

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, reconciling supplier and customer accounts, and supporting accurate inventory cost calculations including landed costs. The position plays a key role in month-end closing activities, bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. It requires close collaboration with procurement, logistics, and warehousing teams, and is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail, especially within a fast-paced or eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Process and manage vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.

· Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

· Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes.

· Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.

· Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.

· Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehousing to calculate inventory landed costs (including freight, duties, taxes, and other related expenses).

· Assist in month-end closing activities, including AP accruals and inventory cost reconciliations.

· Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.

· Support audit processes with accurate documentation and reporting.

Skilled and Requirements

· Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in payables, receivables, and general ledger tasks.

· Familiarity with landed cost principles and inventory accounting

· Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation templates)

· An ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Have a good working attitude and must be motivated and focus on details

· Online business working experience is an advantage
