We are now seeking an Equipment Hire Coordinator for a traffic management equipment hire company in Thomastown, assisting in the office with equipment allocations, customer service & administration duties.
Day Shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, Full Time.
Duties:
- Manage customer queries (phone, email & in person)
- Allocate equipment to customers & providing delivery times
- General office administration, data entry & invoices
About You:
- Experience in a similar role or industry (essential)
- Great customer service skills
- Reliable transport
