About the role

As a Pump Tech TA, you will play a crucial role in the operations of Ballantyne', contributing to the efficient management of pumping systems from Mandurah to Perth region. This full-time position will see you working alongside experienced plumbers and electricians to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a variety of pumping equipment, ensuring seamless operations and minimising downtime.

What you'll be doing

Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on pumping systems

Diagnosing and repairing issues with pumps, motors, and associated components

Providing technical support and advice to customers regarding pump operations

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work performed

Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

Experience as a pump technician or in a similar trade-related role preferred

knowledge of pump systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

A valid driver's licence
