About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced or mechanically-minded Pump Installer to join our growing operations. This is a diverse field-based role offering plenty of variety, strong team support, and generous site allowances.

This full-time position is based primarily in the Pilbara, and in Perth as projects come into fruition. You will be required to fly or drive up to site depending on the requirements amongst a team or 2-5 staff.

In Perth, our well-equipped workshop is located in Bibra Lake.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Installing, commissioning and servicing pump systems on remote and regional sites across WA

Install, operate, and maintain dewatering systems. Including but not limited to HDPE pipelines, diesel pumps, generators and submersible bore pumps.

Working with diesel and electric pump systems for mine dewatering, water treatment, and agricultural applications

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics

Perform poly welding tasks to repair and fabricate components.

Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and safe installation

Completing job documentation and reports

Maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship in all environments

What You’ll Need:

Mechanical aptitude or trade background (fitting, plumbing, diesel, etc.)

Previous experience with pump installation or similar mechanical systems

WA C-Class Driver’s Licence (HR licence desirable)

Ability to work away on site regularly

A strong safety mindset and practical problem-solving skills

White Card and relevant tickets (e.g. Working at Heights) – or willing to obtain

Telehandler Ticket – Desirable

Poly Welding Ticket – Desirable

National Police Clearance – Desirable

Dogman Ticket - Desirable

VLC Ticket – Desirable
