We are currently looking for a motivated Concrete Pump Hose hand to join our dedicated team.

This role is ideal for those enthusiastic and flexible individuals who have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks while contributing to exciting projects and is keen for some hands-on work.

This is casual position but with an average of full time hours and the potential of becoming a permanent role.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Assist with the setup and operation of concrete pumps on various job sites.

Handle and manage the pump hoses safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the concrete pumping equipment.

Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to create a safe working environment.

Support the concrete pumping process and assist in delivering high-quality service to clients.

Communicate effectively with the team and clients regarding project progress and requirements.

Skills and Experience:

White card for construction work.

Access to reliable transport and must hold a current C class driver’s licence.

Proactive, reliable, and hard-working attitude.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Strong communication skills.

Physical capability to handle job demands, including lifting heavy objects and conduct manual handling tasks safely.

Preferable Qualifications:

MR or HR preferred but not essential.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities.
