We’re working with a boutique insurer based in Brisbane CBD who is seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to support process improvement and project delivery within a close-knit team. Please note that you must have insurance experience. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong stakeholder engagement skills and solid insurance industry experience. You’ll work closely with business units and delivery partners to gather requirements, analyse data, and help drive strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements
• Conduct data analysis to support business cases and decisions
• Collaborate with delivery teams and solution partners
• Manage project activities and track performance
• Maintain understanding of insurance products and regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

• Must have insurance experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance sector
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Brisbane CBD at least 3 days per week
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Contract Details:

• Daily rate: $850–$900 inc super
• Location: Brisbane CBD, 3 days in office (Hybrid)
• Duration: Initial 6 month contract with extensions
