The Role: Be the Go-To Sales Expert for the Construction Supply Chain

Based in Perth Metro, you’ll take ownership of a thriving sales territory, managing key accounts and unlocking new opportunities across the region. Your focus? Partnering with builders, contractors, and tradies to deliver the high-quality products and materials they rely on to keep projects running smoothly.

Working in sync with internal trade, retail, and distribution teams, you’ll be a trusted advisor to your customers, ensuring every order, delivery, and interaction is a seamless experience.

Armed with a strong lead pipeline and the latest CRM tech, you’ll keep your sales activity sharp, organised, and focused – all while building a loyal client base.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in on-road sales or business development – or a background in construction and a burning desire to step into a sales career
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with tradespeople and site managers
• A keen eye for spotting business opportunities and converting them into results
• Confident with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Self-driven, structured, and always ready to take initiative
• Skilled negotiator with a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment
