We’re an established WA-based packaging supplier with a strong track record and long-standing customer base. We’re looking for a confident, proactive B2B sales professional ready to take charge of the Perth territory and drive new business growth across key food sectors.
Who We Are
For more than 20 years, we’ve supplied quality packaging products to clients in food processing, logistics, retail, and food manufacturing sectors. Our range includes both imported and Australian-made consumables designed to meet real-world operational demands.
We operate from Canning Vale and service the wider Perth metro area. We move fast, keep things practical, and work hard to deliver for our clients. You’ll be joining a grounded, no-nonsense team that values action, integrity, and follow-through.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, field-based sales role where your ability to build relationships and convert opportunities will directly influence your income.
You’ll take full ownership of developing your pipeline. You'll be the face of our brand with Perth clients, backed by a team that supports quick quoting, reliable delivery, and great service. You’ll receive thorough onboarding and product training, but the wins will come from your own consistency and drive.
This is a full-time role with flexibility around start and finish times. You’ll enjoy autonomy with structure and room to build something long-term.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and qualify your own pipeline through cold calling, referrals, social engagement, and face-to-face prospecting
Deliver tailored packaging solutions through client presentations, phone calls, and site visits
Own the full sales cycle from quote to close using our tools and support
Track performance and activity through CRM and Excel-based reporting
Maintain strong follow-up routines and support existing clients
Work closely with internal operations to ensure smooth delivery and long-term customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, consumables, or wholesale
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in presenting solutions in meetings and follow-ups
High personal accountability and ability to work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and quoting tools
A resilient, curious, and proactive approach to sales
Experience with CRMs and self-management tools

What’s In It for You
Base salary between $70K and $90K plus super, depending on experience.
$15K car or car allowance
Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of $120K to $150K
