Central Australia Region Primary and Public Health Care (Remote) offers more than desert and remote places; we offer the opportunity to make a difference. We are seeking applicants who possess relevant experience and certifications in vaccination, remote emergency, and maternity emergency management. Successful candidates will understand Aboriginal health issues and Primary Health Care principles and be familiar with legislation for remote settings. Participation in a 24/7 emergency on-call roster and the ability to provide short-notice relief at other sites is required.

To be successful, you will have:

A minimum for 4 years broad based nursing experience, a minimum 2 years previous clinical experience in a remote setting

Hold current Remote Emergency Qualification, Maternity Emergency Qualification and Vaccination Certificate.

Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for same.
