RM Group is seeking 2 x Mechanical Fitters/ Leading Hands - to work for a leading company that specialises in the Industrial and Dewatering space.

Responsible for leading a small team of mechanical fitters, completing pump skids in the workshop and on site as required (Hybrid role). Ensuring efficient workflow and that all mechanical systems, pumps and equipment are in compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Permanent Position paying up to $55p/h +OT + Allowance + Super and company car, offering unlimited overtime, Be part of either the Brisbane Service division or Qld Project team-your choice.

To be successful for this role, you must have the following:

• Must have previous experience being a leading hand
• Experience working in the water treatment industry advantageous
• Pumps, Pneumatics and Hydraulic experience advantageous
• Cert III in Mechanical Trade
• Hep A + B Vaccinations -willing to obtain
• Confined Spaces
• Working at heights
• Must have driver’s license
• Construction White/Blue card
