Travis McLeod from ri-kroot is currently recruiting experienced fitters for mining equipment contractors on the Gold Coast.

With multiple roles available on the Northern and Southern ends of the Coast, these roles are paying $55.00-$60.00 per hour on casual probation (6 months) & super, with weekly OT available and a view to go permanent.

Our clients are running safe and well-equipped work shops where you will be working with existing teams on some exciting big picture projects.

The requirements are;

• Cert 3 Mechanical Fitter
• Gearbox, Diesel or Hydraulic & Heavy Plant experience highly regarded
• Fixed plant mining and manufacturing industry experience
• Reliable with great work ethic and safety awareness
• Seeking a permanent role with growth
• PPE, basic mechanical hand tools and transport to site
