About the role & our client:
Our client is a leading battery supplier and has been in the industry for 30+ years, supplying large companies throughout Australia.
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to manage all general administration duties including the below:
Key responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders and assisting with all enquiries
- Managing all invoicing
- Booking of transport, prepare paperwork and labels
- Working with the warehouse to ensure all orders are filled and stock is available
- General office admin requirements as they arise
- Problem solving
- BI reporting and experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 & Excel
- Customer relations
