About the Role:

A hands on Finance Manager position working for an accounting and business advisory firm who specialise in providing services to not for profit organisations.
The role combines hands on month end support, financial advisory and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor client month end processes, with hands on support to ensure timely completion
• Manage budgeting, compliance and reporting for key clients
• Drive process improvement using ERP platforms and automation, utilising the vast systems & tools on offer to streamline and improve processes
• Strengthen and maintain client relationships, acting as their key contact within the organisation

About You:

• CPA or CA qualified ideal, or possess an equivalent level of experience
• Exposure to the not-for-profit sector
• Skilled in ERP systems and financial tools with a mentality to embrace new technologies, AI & automation
• Confident managing multiple clients and deadlines

To note: my client is open to considering candidates at both a more senior, or junior level than as described above. If you have experience managing multiple clients & experience in the not for profit sector, I'd be happy to have a further conversation.
