CPSN are looking for a pro-active, reliable person to support our fantastic late teen female client in Wodonga Victoria.
The role involves working with the client's family and existing support team at the client's home in a collaborative and supportive environment. Support Workers receive ongoing training onsite and online to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
The client’s family are delightful and are looking for people who have a great attitude, willing to learn and motivated to work in a respectful and collaborative manner to help her to thrive. The family has dogs so you must be comfortable with dogs.
Supports required: Assistance with personal care, activities of daily living, community access, complex care provision e.g.: PEG and tracheostomy care.
The hours for this role can range from 20-38 per week depending on the client’s support needs and Support Worker availability. The shifts can be day, evening, weekend and occasional Active Overnights (if you are able to do so, and not working before or after the Active Overnight shift).
Pay: $37.31 per hour casual base rate + shift penalty rates + super

Respect for established routines
You will need or must be willing to obtain the following Compliance documentation required for this opportunity:
A NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Current First Aid certificate
Current CPR certificate
2 references from prior and/or current manager
Certificate Ill or IV in Disability Support desired but not essential
