What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email to users of cutting-edge fitness and outdoor technology
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a focus on one-call resolution
• Guide customers through product features and setup with clarity and patience
• Log and follow up on enquiries using internal systems and established processes
• Work closely with your team and technical experts to deliver the best possible outcomes

Who You Are:

• You live and breathe the outdoors, sport, or fitness – whether it’s weekend hikes, triathlons, or hitting the gym
• You’ve worked in retail or customer service, and understand what great customer support looks like
• You enjoy working with tech and love learning how things work
• You're a passionate, energetic communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• You can follow a process, remain calm under pressure, and genuinely want to help people
