We are seeking a personable and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of our Rozelle office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members, addressing inquiries with a friendly and solution-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Enquiries: Assist members with questions regarding their accounts, benefits, and services.
Urgent Ticket Response: Monitor and respond to urgent support tickets within a 24-hour timeframe, including periodic checks during weekends.
Booking Management: Handle requests for booking changes, including rescheduling and cancellations.
Communication: Maintain a positive and friendly tone in all interactions, upholding XtraClubs' commitment to exceptional customer service
App Navigation Support: Guide users through our mobile application features, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
Group Booking Coordination: Manage and facilitate group booking inquiries, providing tailored solutions to meet group needs.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using customer support software and mobile applications.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions promptly.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive work environment.
Work Environment
⏰Working Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Urgent weekend ticket monitoring)
This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work remotely while also engaging with the team at our Rozelle office. Candidates should be based in Sydney or willing to commute to the office as required.
