ABOUT THE ROLE
Inspire the next generation of civil operators with hands-on training at a premier facility, guiding learners to success in a dynamic, rewarding role.
As a Trainer Civil Operations, you’ll deliver high-quality training and assessments in civil construction and plant operations, aligned with AQF and WorkSafe Victoria standards. Based at the Logic Centre in Barnawartha, you’ll work with both corporate clients and public students, ensuring engaging, outcome-focused learning. The role also involves administrative support, program coordination, and collaboration with trainees and team members. Occasional travel to other Institute sites may be required.
Selected Duties:
Deliver civil operations training and conduct assessments to industry standards.
Design and maintain up-to-date training materials and resources.
Accurately complete training records in line with compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and organisational policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement and support learner success.

License to Perform Dogging.
Substantial experience in the Civil industry.
Must be able to undertake a pre-employment medical.
Current qualification in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to undertake.
