THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $83,214 - $89,326 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.
Location: Chadstone campus - onsite parking and close proximity to public transport.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Fixed Term contract of appointment to 31/12/2025.
We are seeking a Trainer – Customer Service and Systems to support frontline staff by identifying training needs, developing training plans, and delivering engaging coaching sessions.
In this role, you will design and implement training programs focused on customer service excellence and Institute systems, ensuring staff are equipped with the skills to provide outstanding service. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders to establish benchmarks and drive continuous improvement. ABOUT YOU
- Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, including coaching and mentoring adults in customer service and systems.
- A degree in Business, Business Administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or lesser qualifications.
- Strong understanding of vocational and tertiary education, including student management systems (Banner) and CRM tools for effective training delivery.
- Proven ability to provide high-level customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Advanced skills in office software, database management, and reporting tools, including MS Office, CRM, and quality management systems.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain high accuracy in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary work environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
