About the Company

My client is a respected disability services provider founded on the principles of personalised care, compassion, and integrity. From humble beginnings with one client to over 70 clients supported across three entities, the organisation has established a reputation for genuine connections and unwavering commitment to their people-both clients and staff.

Driven by strong values and a hands-on leadership approach, this organisation goes beyond the standard. Every decision is made with care, and their culture is centred around empowering their team to deliver exceptional service with heart.

About the Role

As Client Services Coordinator & Clinical Trainer, you'll play a dual role in driving excellence across both client service coordination and staff training. With the responsibility of Client Care for 5 high care need client homes, you'll work closely with the team to assess competency levels, ensuring safe and effective delivery of medical-related tasks, while also supporting the coordination of client care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting competency assessments to uphold high standards of client care
  • Managing service agreements, care plans, and essential client documentation
  • Building relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction and engagement
  • Designing and delivering training programs for staff, focusing on key medical procedures such as administering subcutaneous injections

This is a pivotal time to join a rapidly growing business. The role is expected to evolve into a dedicated full-time training position in the coming years. Now is your opportunity to build relationships, establish credibility with directors and stakeholders, and shape a long-term career path within the organisation.

About You

You are a registered nurse with a passion for education, client service, and values-driven workplaces. With a focus on care and connection, you thrive on empowering others while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You bring:

  • Registration as a nurse with proven experience in training, assessment, or competency-based roles.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience managing care documentation.
  • A collaborative and approachable mindset, with excellent communication skills.
  • Alignment with the organisation's values, contributing to their mission of compassionate care and community impact.
  • Recent experience managing staff/teams
  • Available for rostered on-call work from Wednesday to Wednesday, once a month
  • Current Blue & Yellow cards as well as First Aid and CPR highly desirable.

What's in it for you?

  • Join a NDIS provider who genuinely strives to create a great culture, where you feel truly valued for the work that you do and the committed service that you provide to your clients.
  • Be part of a super engaged and solid team who are deeply committed to the personal and respectful care for their NDIS clients
  • A competitive salary package and use of dedicated company vehicle, based on qualifications and experience
  • Flexibility once settled in.
  • Opportunity to make a real difference in both staff development and client care.
  • Be part of an organisation deeply committed to values and community.
  • Sponsorship towards a qualification in Certificate IV and Training and Assessment
