The Opportunity
We’re seeking a skilled and driven Service Manager to lead our Refrigeration & Air Conditioning team. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage technicians, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise Refrigeration & HVAC technicians

Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and timely job completion

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Support quoting and sales for the service department

Collaborate with sales and project teams to drive efficiencies

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high satisfaction

Implement technician training and performance reviews

About You

5+ years of hands-on Refrigeration & Air Conditioning experience

Proven leadership or supervisory background

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Proficient with field management tools and software

Valid trade licenses and QLD driver’s license required
