We're seeking a skilled Data Scientist with commercial experience in Generative AI to push the boundaries of what's possible. You'll be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced AI models that drive better outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and unlock new insights from complex datasets. The Role

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, GANs, VAEs, diffusion models) for a variety of applications.
• Work with large and complex datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and privacy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions to achieve optimal results.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and data science, identifying opportunities for their application within our ecosystem.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data science practices, tools, and infrastructure.

What You'll Bring

• Commercial Data Science Experience: Demonstrated experience applying data science methodologies in a commercial setting, solving real-world business problems.
• Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI models (e.g., fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, working with generative models). Please highlight specific projects or applications.
• Strong Technical Foundation: Proficient in Python and relevant data science libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
• Data Manipulation & Analysis: Excellent SQL skills and experience working with various databases.
• Problem-Solving Acumen: A highly analytical mind with the ability to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
