We’re looking for a Data Scientist who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights.

You’ll be the driving force behind smarter decisions, sharper strategies, and a more empowered customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Build and optimise predictive models (LTV, churn, risk scoring, etc.)

Lead funnel and retention analysis, campaign ROI tracking, and experimentation

Develop dashboards and reports that drive real-time, data-led decisions

Collaborate across teams to finish our 360 customer model and scale our data capabilities

Own your pipelines and contribute to a culture of data excellence

What You Bring:

3+ years in business-focused data science within a product environment. Fintech is a plus.

Proficiency in tools like Mixpanel (must-have), Segment, and Braze

Strong skills in statistical modelling, data visualisation, and customer behaviour analytics

A collaborative mindset and a passion for growth, innovation, and impact
