Financial Services Client Services Officer
Bayside Melbourne, Part time up to Full time
Salary: $75,000 inc super per annum
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Client Services Officer to provide professional financial services support within our financial planning business. This small team will work with you in an engaging position with diverse responsibilities including:
Engaging with clients to provide professional support services and communications
Creation of client documents and reports for meetings and associated applications
Liaise with clients and other industry stakeholders to collate information and documentation
Preparing forms and compliance documents including Ongoing Service Agreements, questionnaires, and stakeholder forms
Assist in the delivery of quality advice outcomes for clients, including preparation of advice documents and implementation of advice
Ensuring client and adviser requests and transactions are actioned in a professional and timely manner
Provide effective administrative support to advisers to include drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining client records and other general administrative and office tasks.
Assisting in compliance management and maintaining our business process framework

Positive work ethic that can thrive working autonomously along with the ability to work collaboratively within a small business and with external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Have at least 2 years’ experience working in a wealth management business
Previous experience with Xplan or capabilities to learn systems efficiently with training
