A reputable and fast-growing concrete construction company, specialising in high-quality structural and architectural concrete works across Sydney’s commercial sector. Projects include office buildings, multi-storey developments, and large-scale commercial complexes. They’re now looking for a Site Supervisor with strong experience in concrete structures to lead and manage day-to-day site operations. Office based in Hunters Hill, NSW.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, focusing on structural and architectural concrete works.

Lead and manage site teams including labourers, formworkers, and subcontractors.

Ensure project milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Enforce site safety, WHS regulations, and company policies at all times.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication on progress and issues.

Interpret and execute construction drawings and specifications accurately.

Manage material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site setup.

Conduct regular toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments.

Maintain detailed site reports, progress records, and incident documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial concrete construction.

Strong technical knowledge of concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural plans.

Sound understanding of WHS and site safety legislation.

Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

White Card and current driver’s licence.

Relevant trade qualifications or certificate in construction supervision (preferred).
