Are you a seasoned finance professional ready to drive strategic transformation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a commercially astute and hands-on Financial Controller to lead financial operations and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. This is a pivotal leadership role offering the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation while delivering financial insight, rigour, and innovation. You’ll join a high-performing team committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
  
  
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes with actionable business insights
  
  
• Ensure accurate and compliant GST and tax reporting
  
  
• Partner with operational and business leaders to set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive performance
  
  
• Analyse variances in costs, headcount, inventory, and capital to guide strategic decisions
  
  
• Maintain robust financial records, systems, and controls across SAP and other platforms
  
  
• Lead country-level reporting, internal audits, and statutory compliance
  
  
• Implement financial process improvements aligned with global and regional policies
  
  
• Collaborate across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales, and Production to ensure cost control and data integrity
  
  
• Contribute to corporate governance, reporting obligations, and special projects as assigned
  
  

You’ll have:

• A degree in Finance/Accounting and CPA/CA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
  
  
• 15+ years' experience, ideally within manufacturing, with prior audit background
  
  
• Deep understanding of local and international accounting standards (e.g. GAAP), tax, and compliance
  
  
• Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
  
  
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all business levels
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
  
  
• Strong leadership, team management, and project delivery experience
  
  
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
