Description

• Support the preparation of Half and Full Year financial reports for the ASX-listed parent, including consolidations and disclosures.
• Assist with statutory financial statements, tax returns, and compliance with regulatory deadlines.
• Contribute to monthly reporting processes, including accruals, prepayments, GL reconciliations, and results analysis.
• Help manage group cash flow, foreign currency needs, insurance programs, and licensing applications.
• Provide support for company secretarial obligations and ad hoc financial analysis in coordination with external advisors.

Profile

A successful applicant should have:

• Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance within a complex, multi-entity or global business, ideally ASX-listed.
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Strong technical accounting skills with a solid understanding of statutory requirements, consolidations, and internal controls.
• CA/CPA qualified with advanced Excel skills and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across departments.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of AUD 110,000 - AUD 135,000, depending on experience
