About the role
In this role you will manage the maintenance and warranty team and directly report into the Building Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with the Maintenance Supervisors
• Manage all inspection bookings and admin tasks as well as maintenance and warranty appointments for supervisors
• Attend site inspections
• Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA's for defecting rectification standards.
• Liaise with major clients regarding maintenance requirements for homes currently within the maintenance and warranty period when necessary.

Your Background:

• Previous experience in a similar role or from a volume background
• Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solutions orientated & ability to be hands on when required
