With a strong pipeline of high-end projects and a growing team, we’re looking for a Leading Hand Carpenter to step up and take charge of quality delivery on-site.

The Role
We’re seeking an experienced carpenter ready to lead. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for carpentry and structural landscape works across premium residential builds — including framing, fix-out, decking, pergolas, retaining walls, fencing, and more. You’ll also oversee small teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate closely with site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

Run day-to-day site activities and lead small teams

Deliver high-quality carpentry and landscape construction work

Interpret and work from detailed architectural and landscape plans

Manage materials, timelines, and site presentation

Liaise with supervisors and suppliers to keep things moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Qualified carpenter with proven experience in residential and landscape construction

Leadership experience or strong ability to take charge of jobs

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

White card, tools, and own reliable transport

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
