Bayside Residential Construction is on the lookout for skilled carpenters to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Elwood, VIC, you’ll play a key role in the construction of high-quality, architecturally designed residential renovations.

What You’ll Do:

Interpret architectural plans and technical drawings to execute precise carpentry work.

Perform formwork, structural framing, and finishing tasks to the highest standard.

Collaborate closely with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite at all times.

Not just carpentry work, we also do maintenance works so are looking for an all rounder that is not precious.

What We’re Looking For:

A formal Carpentry qualification and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in residential construction.

Strong expertise in carpentry, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to read and interpret technical plans.

Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and modern construction techniques.

Proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a professional approach to your work.
