Step into a leadership position with CS Build Co, a Geelong-based builder specialising in residential renovations and new builds. With projects booked through the end of 2025 and beyond, we're seeking a driven carpenter ready to lead projects and grow into a future business leader.

Must-Haves

Certificate III in Carpentry (minimum)

Ability to read and execute architectural plans

High-quality workmanship and site presentation

Experience working with trades and subcontractors

Commitment to site safety

Ability to complete daily logs and basic project documentation

Solution-oriented mindset

Valid driver's license and own vehicle

Own tools of the trade
